This rug hooking hook is the Miller coarse vinyl pencil #2. The stainless steel hook is covered in vinyl and conducive to holding like a pencil rather than in the palm of your hand.

The hook itself measures about 1.25", with a shank that is almost a quarter inch in width. From end to end, the hook measures 5.5".
